| Das Wetter ist gerade sehr angenehm, nicht zu kühl und nicht zu heiß. Als ich letzte Woche nach der Arbeit mit dem Bus nach Hause fuhr, dachte ich mir, daß ein leichter Couscous-Salat mit Gurken, Feta und Koriander erfrischend wäre. Nachdem ich das U.S-amerikanische Standardwerk Joy of Cooking durchgeblättert habe, fügte ich eine herzhafte Dosis Olivenöl und Zitronensaft hinzu. Delicious! | The weather is very pleasant right now, not too cold and too hot. As I was riding the bus home after work last week, it occurred tome that a light couscous salad with cucumber, feta cheese and cilantro would be refreshing. After consulting Joy of Cooking , I added a healthy dose of olive oil and lemon juice. Delicious! |
